李廷先

 李廷先,男,河南汤阴人,1976年8月生,英国威廉希尔公司副教授。1999年本科毕业于北京理工大学应用物理系,获理学学士学位,2008年毕业于重庆大学,获材料物理与化学硕士学位,2012年毕业于北京工业大学,获材料物理与化学博士学位。研究方向:1.多铁性磁电材料的制备与性能研究;2.薄膜材料的真空气相沉积技术,气相沉积薄膜材料的纳米结构控制及其光、电性能的研究;3.钙钛矿锰氧化物异质结的制备与性能研究。主持国家自然科学基金一项,河南省高等学校重点科研项目两项,以第一和通讯作者身份发表与多铁性磁电复合薄膜相关SCI论文16篇。获得授权国家发明专利3项。
