李廷先，男，河南汤阴人，1976年8月生，博士，教授，硕士生导师。1999年本科毕业于北京理工大学应用物理系，获理学学士学位，2008年毕业于重庆大学，获材料物理与化学硕士学位，2012年毕业于北京工业大学，获材料物理与化学博士学位。研究方向：1.多铁性磁电材料的制备与性能研究；2.薄膜材料的真空气相沉积技术，气相沉积薄膜材料的纳米结构控制及其光、电性能的研究；3.钙钛矿锰氧化物异质结的制备与性能研究。主持国家自然科学基金一项，河南省科技攻关计划一项，河南省高等学校重点科研项目两项，以第一和通讯作者身份发表与多铁性磁电复合薄膜相关SCI论文19篇。获得授权国家发明专利3项。
